Wilmcote is a small village just north of Stratford-upon-Avon and is famous as the home of Mary Arden, Shakespeare’s mother.

Our lovely hall hosts a wide range of regular and one-off events and activities, theatrical performances, private functions, meetings, classes, children’s parties (up to age 10 only) and fundraising events. It is available for hire to individuals and businesses, local residents and non-villagers alike.

We hope this website will give you a good idea of our facilities but if you would like to see the hall before booking, please contact our bookings clerk at info@wilmcotevillagehall.co.uk

We have a large main hall with stage and audio visual projector and sound equipment. It can accommodate up to 80 people seated at tables and 120 in a more informal layout.

There is a smaller meeting room for up to 10 people that can be hired separately.

We have a large kitchen off the main hall, well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Table cloths are stored in the chair and table store, which are included in the hire costs.

There is is a tarmac outdoor space surrounded by a picket fence with gates to a grassed area.

Parking is available around the main entrance and up the side of the hall but please leave the Fire Exits clear.

Our hall hire rates are very competitive and we offer a discount to residents of Wilmcote, Pathlow and Billesley. The hall charge includes the meeting room though the latter can be hired separately. The hire of the hall includes tables, chairs, kitchen and dining equipment, heating and lighting and WiFi.
